As every piece is made to order, Chapter Six does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand there are issues that require exceptions. If there is damage upon arrival please reach out to: hello@chaptersixjewelry.com with a description of the repair needed, a photo of the item, and a proof of purchase. We value our customers and will do what we can to guarantee satisfaction.
If your item has gotten damaged over time we can send you an estimated cost of repair and the time estimated to fix the item. Remember to take jewelry off before swimming, exercising, or cleaning to minimize the possibility of damage.
